Training Course Information
The Arbitration Act 2010 (No 1 of 2010) comes into effect on 8 June next and it will govern all arbitrations commenced after that date. This is an opportunity to examine the new Act in detail.
On Monday afternoon 12 April in Engineers Ireland, (2.00-5.30p.m) Mr. Aedan McGovern, Chairman of the CIArb Irish Branch will chair a panel of speakers to include:
